Contraception

Have you got it covered?

The best way to prevent pregnancy is to use contraception. Contraception is free on the NHS in the UK.

There is a lot more to contraception than pills and condoms, so there will be something for everyone. If you are not sure which method is right for you, or you want any advice then come and talk to a nurse or a doctor at your local community contraception and sexual health clinic. It will be confidential, which means we won't tell any one about it.

Appointments are required for  IUS/IUD (coil) fitting, Implanon ( implant) removals and cervical smears. Please phone the clinics during opening hours to make your appointment.
